Welcome to the gear page!

Ultralight gear has made it possible for me to comfortably go places in the High Sierras that I never would have imagined possible. Amazing places with alpine lakes, huge granite basins, 14,000 foot mountains and meadows with meandering crystal clear rivers and lush wildflowers. 

Getting the best gear and eventually making my own gear has become a full time obsession. You'll find links below to some of the gear that I have made, but first some info for those interested in getting started:
